PROFILE SAW MACHINE

IRONWORKERS

3 pcs. Scotchman 90 tons ironworkers with a capacity to punch 1-1/4” hole on 1” thickness

WELDING MACHINES

65 pcs. Electric 475 amp welding machines for SMAW & TIG, 10 electric 500 amp for FCAW, & 6 diesel 400 amps for field work

OVERHEAD CRANES

24 pcs. Overhead cranes 10 & 5 tons capacities distributed on all our workshops.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Sandblast shop with 4,200 sq.ft. of area powered by 4 electric compressors in tandem w/840 cfm @ 90 psig

COATING FACILITIES

Paint shops - conventional spray & airless painting, plus powder coating booths & ovens over 11,500 sq.ft. area

POWDER COATING

One closed booth with enclosed oven 10’x10’x24’ long & one open booth for larger pieces with a 12’x12’x60’ long enclosed oven
